Women Of The Moon is a ceremony outdoors in nature, designed to bring women together in connection, reflection, movement & release, under the energy of the Full Moon. A nurturing space for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, release emotional & energetic tension, move their bodies, reflect, connect with women & honour the energy of the full moon through nature, ritual & embodiment. Blending somatic movement, sound healing, meditation, ecstatic dance, fire ritual & heartfelt reflection, each ceremony is created to support emotional release, nervous system restoration, self-expression & deeper connection to body, nature & self. Together we gather at a local beach, around the fire to move, breathe, reflect, release what no longer serves us & create space for clarity, grounding & renewal. Root, Release & Rise. With backgrounds in movement, bodywork and holistic healing practices, Vanessa & Manon guide each gathering with warmth, presence & care.
